Like a cookbook, a “how to ” article presents many recipes that the author has collected over the years. A few of the recipes may be original. Some may be variations of someone else’s original. Many of the recipes presented in such an exercise are, however, “borrowed” intact from other sources. Anyway, I hope the reader will profit from this exercise knowing that he will not find all the answers.
